Dear Representative,
Senate Bill 392A erodes parental autonomy and fails to address the problem
its supporters said it would solve. The sponsors of this bill claimed it
was needed to make sure that children who enrolled in school actually
attended, but a suggestion by Senator Kruse that they simply pass a bill
requiring enrolled students to attend was ignored.
This bill is not the answer. I urge you to vote no.
Very truly yours,
